Mr. Ayoub Mohamed Amin Ahmed Kazim


Dr. Ayoub Kazim is a UAE national, and he is currently the Executive Director of the Higher Colleges of Technology- Dubai Campuses. With over 25 years of experience in higher education management, free-zone management, government and corporate operational services, energy management, sustainability and Mechanical Engineering.
Dr. Kazim has assumed leadership roles in both government and private sectors. He has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami, an M.Sc. from Polytechnic University-New York University and a B.Sc. from the University of Alabama- Birmingham. In addition to his extensive experience in teaching and research at UAE University.
Dr. Kazim has published various articles related to energy economics, hydrogen and renewable energy and thermal science in scientific journals and conference proceedings. He has also served on numerous corporate and academic boards, such as Dubai Refreshments Company and British University in Dubai.



Mr. Khalifa Saif Jumaa Saif Almehairbi

Dr. Khalifa Saif Al Mehairbi is a young and ambitious Emirati citizen, whose personality combines the spirit of adventurous youth and the experience of experienced traders and investors. Khalifa is The Chairman of Arabian Gulf Investment Group and its subsidiaries, one of the fastest growing companies in the Gulf and North Africa region. 

Khalifa Al Mehairbi has achieved great success in concluding massive and successful deals that have effectively contributed to supporting the national economy, developing the company's business, and expanding in all investment fields.

Mr. Mazen Jaber Hamdan Basheer Al Dahmani


His Excellency Mazen Jaber Hamdan Aldahmani has been the Executive Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs at the Department of Community Development since November 2020, during which time he has demonstrated his abilities as a talented and respected leader.
Aldahmani has excelled thanks to his strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and his ability to create an effective and thriving work environment. During the course of his work at the DCD, he has led a number of strategic initiatives, enabling the DCD to establish its functions and operations, as well as advance its capabilities to fulfil its remit.
Aldahmani has delivered many accomplishments and received mul
tiple recognitions. He is also a member of more than 10 committees within DCD and Abu Dhabi government.

Before joining the DCD, Aldahmani worked as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and acting Chief Executive Officer, at the Imperial College London Diabetes Centre (ICLDC) in Abu Dhabi from 2017 to 2018. He had joined the state-of-the-art outpatient facility as General Manager in 2011.

During his time as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Aldahmani took on the overall leadership of the organization with over 600 employees; expanded the organization through the successful opening of a third branch; significantly surpassed financial and quality targets; and guided the organization to achieving the highest patient volumes since the establishment of the ICLDC.

Aldahmani also worked at the Mubadala Investment Company from 2006 to 2014, progressing from a Project Officer – Aerospace, Healthcare and Technology Unit to Senior Associate – Mubadala Healthcare Unit in that time frame.

Aldahmani is a proud graduate of UAE University, where he received his bachelor’s IT in 2006, before doing Executive Education programs at INSEAD, and Harvard Business School. In 2019, he graduated with an Executive MBA from London Business School.




Mr. Mohamed Mehdi Felfoul


Mr. Mohamed Felfoul is a visionary chief financial officer, with more than 17 years of international experience including work in Canada and UAE in various positions.

As a leading executive specialized in building and retaining high performance teams by developing and motivating skilled professionals.

He holds an MBA and CA degrees from the University of Quebec-Montreal (Canada) and have excellent knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, cost accounting, and tax accounting. He has proven strategic and operational analytical skills associated with customer cantered approach and highly effective communication, strengths sustaining his negotiation expertise and know-how.

He started my career teaching statistics, finance and accounting courses in bachelor and master (MBA) levels with 10-70 students. This experience improved his communication, presence, and leadership skills. It taught him how to take complex financial concepts and break them down into digestible material that inexperienced individuals could access and understand.

His next station was at National Bank of Canada as a Senior in Risk and Accounting departments. In this role he gained technical knowledge and refined his presentation skills.

The third role on his professional journey was in UAE as Chief Financial positions in the construction and gas field. His team management, budgeting, negotiation, and leadership skills blossomed with the position.




Mr. Mohamed Abdulrahman Mir Abdulwahid Amiri


Former CEO of Ajman Bank PJSC.


Mr. Mohamed Amiri is a UAE National with expertise in Business Development, strategic planning, and driving change. Proven track record in innovation, exceptional performance, and forging strategic partnerships. A motivated and entrepreneurial leader known for consistently delivering results, fostering innovation, and achieving business growth. His experience includes several key positions in several leading UAE banks. 

Mr. Amiri has more than 20 years of experience, working with HSBC, Dubai Islamic Bank and Dubai Bank. 

As the former CEO of Ajman Bank, he was responsible for the overall direction and administration of the services provided by the Bank while ensuring all aspects of the bank’s activities obtain maximum profits commensurate with the best interest of shareholder, customers, and employees. I ensure the highest level of customer relations and service that is compliant with the bank’s policies and procedures, being also responsible for attaining all established Bank’s operational and financial goals. 

Mr. Amiri a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and a Graduate from the first batch of the Mohmmad Bin Rashed Program for Leadership Development (MBRPLD). 




Mr. Saif Salem Khalifa Saloum Alrashdi


Mr. Saif Al Rashdi joined ADNEC in 2002 after graduating from California State University – San Bernardino, United States, for his bachelor's degree. In 2007, he completed his MBA master’s program at NYIT Abu Dhabi.

Mr. Saif Al Rashdi is a board member of the following: the UAE Wrestling Federation and the Disciplinary Appeal Committee of the UAE Football Association.

Prior to his appointment as Chief Operation Officer in Capital Protocol, Mr. Al Rashdi held key positions at ADNEC’s Protocol and Venue Operation Director, Human Resources, Protocol, and Government Relations Department.

His strong academic background, leadership skills, experience, and insights into local and international business have enabled him to significantly contribute to ADNEC’s development into one of Abu Dhabi’s most dynamic organizations. During his tenure as Protocol Director, the company has hosted Abu Dhabi’s largest ever congress and events, and he has played an integral role in defining ADNEC’s revised patronage strategy and protocol vision.

Aside from his bachelor's and MBA achievements, he has also graduated with two degrees at the National Defence College in Abu Dhabi: the NDC completed certificate and a second master’s certificate in 2020.




Mr. Wael Mohamed Elgibali Abdalla


Mr. Wael is an accomplished professional with more than 30 years of work experience leading the performance management of private sector companies in the field of real estate development, consultancy services and general contracting to achieve their business targets and revenue objectives (IOR), in UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Egypt. A

result driven competent to leverage extensive expertise and strategic vision to drive sustainable growth, enhance shareholder value, and ensure long-term success. 

As the CCO/Deputy CEO of Sigmac Real Estate (Al Gazzawi Group), Mr. Wael spearheaded the improvement of SIGMAC's real estate business by successfully tendering and launching two new projects, resulting in increased revenue and market share. 

Mr. Wael holds a Master of Business Administration – Major Construction Law, George Town University, USA (2014), and bachelor degree of Architecture, Alexandria University, Egypt (1991).
