Mr. Mazen Jaber Hamdan Basheer Al Dahmani
His Excellency Mazen Jaber Hamdan Aldahmani has been the Executive
Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs at the Department of Community Development since November
2020, during which time he has demonstrated his abilities as a talented and respected leader. Before joining the DCD, Aldahmani worked as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and acting Chief Executive Officer, at the
Imperial College London Diabetes Centre (ICLDC) in Abu Dhabi from 2017 to
2018. He had joined the state-of-the-art outpatient facility as General Manager in 2011. During his time as
Deputy Chief Executive
Officer, Aldahmani took on the overall leadership of the organization with over 600
employees; expanded the organization through the successful opening of a third branch; significantly
surpassed financial and quality targets; and guided the organization to achieving the
highest patient volumes since the
establishment of the ICLDC. Aldahmani also worked at the Mubadala Investment Company from 2006 to
2014, progressing from a Project Officer – Aerospace, Healthcare and
Technology Unit to Senior Associate – Mubadala Healthcare Unit in that time frame. Aldahmani is a proud graduate of UAE University, where he received his
bachelor’s IT in 2006, before doing Executive Education programs at INSEAD, and Harvard Business School. In 2019,
he graduated with an Executive MBA from London Business School.

Mr. Mohamed Mehdi Felfoul
Mr. Mohamed Felfoul is a visionary chief financial officer, with more than 17 years of international experience including work in Canada and UAE in various positions. As a leading executive specialized in building and retaining high
performance teams by developing and motivating skilled professionals. He holds an MBA and CA degrees from the University of Quebec-Montreal
(Canada) and have excellent knowledge of financial accounting, management

understand. His next station was at National Bank of Canada as a Senior in Risk
and Accounting departments. In this role he gained technical knowledge and
refined his presentation skills. The third role on his professional journey was in UAE as Chief Financial positions in the construction and gas field. His team management, budgeting, negotiation, and leadership skills blossomed with the position. |

Mr. Saif Salem Khalifa Saloum Alrashdi
Mr. Saif Al Rashdi joined ADNEC in 2002 after graduating from California State University – San Bernardino, United States, for his bachelor's degree. In 2007, he completed his MBA master’s program at NYIT Abu Dhabi. Mr. Saif Al Rashdi is a board member of the following: the UAE
Wrestling Federation and the Disciplinary Appeal Committee of the UAE
Football Association. Prior to his appointment as Chief Operation Officer in Capital
Protocol, Mr. Al Rashdi held key positions at ADNEC’s Protocol and Venue
Operation Director, Human Resources, Protocol, and Government Relations

dynamic organizations. During his tenure as Protocol Director, the company
has hosted Abu Dhabi’s largest ever congress and events, and he has played an
