H.E. SUHAIL SUHAIL FARES GHANEM AL MAZROUEI
Board Member
His Excellency Suhail Suhail Fares Ghanem Al Mazrouei is one of the UAE’s most distinguished national figures, with an outstanding career in government and economic affairs. He has accumulated extensive experience spanning decades in public administration, infrastructure, and economic development.

He has held several senior leadership positions at the Department of Public Works – Abu Dhabi, progressing through various administrative and executive roles until he was appointed Undersecretary of the Department in late 2003. During his tenure, he made significant contributions to enhancing institutional performance and supporting the implementation of strategic projects.

He has participated in numerous regional and international conferences, meetings, and forums related to economy, energy, and development. Notably, he attended the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) meetings in 2018, upon a special invitation from the Secretary-General of OPEC and the UAE Minister of Energy.

He is recognized as a prominent economic figure in the UAE, playing a significant role in supporting the national economy and contributing to its sustainability. He possesses extensive expertise and a comprehensive vision across various economic and strategic sectors, along with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with long-term economic development.

MR. RASOOL ALAMERI
Board Member

Mr. Rasool Alameri is a highly accomplished legal professional with a diverse background in international law. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Common Law from the American University in Cyprus, which was evaluated at San Diego University. He further enhanced his expertise by earning a master’s degree in U.S. Law from George Mason University in Virginia, where he graduated among the top five students in his class.

With extensive experience as legal counsel in Turkey, the UAE, and the USA, Mr. Alameri has worked with renowned law firms, including Oncel Law Firm in Turkey and Kanaan Law Firm and Hogan Lovells in the UAE. Since 2017, he has served as a freelance legal advisor in the United States, providing strategic legal counsel across various sectors.

Mr. Alameri brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique international perspective to the Board, ensuring that the company navigates the complex legal landscape with confidence and integrity. His commitment to excellence and a strong understanding of diverse legal systems makes him an invaluable asset to the Board.


DR. KHALIFA ALMEHAIRBI
Board Member

Dr. Khalifa is the Chairman of Arabian Gulf Investment Group and its subsidiaries, one of the fastest growing companies in the Gulf and North Africa region. He has achieved great success in concluding massive and successful deals that have effectively contributed to supporting the national economy, developing the company's business, and expanding in all investment fields. Dr. Khalifa holds several other key positions, including:

  • Member of the Executive Committee of the UAE International Investors Council
  • Founder and Chairman of The Luxury Villa Real Estate Management Company
  • Chairman of the Board of Directors of MKI International Real Estate Investment Company

ENG. RUDINA AL HAMZYE
Board Member

Eng. Rudina Al Hamzye is an accomplished Emirati energy professional with extensive experience across ADNOC Gas and Occidental Petroleum, spanning operations, asset management, and reliability leadership in the UAE, Oman, and the United States.

She currently oversees plant performance, governance frameworks, and large-scale CAPEX and OPEX programs, driving measurable improvements in operational efficiency, safety performance, asset reliability, and financial outcomes. Her leadership approach integrates technical excellence with disciplined financial oversight and strategic alignment to corporate objectives.

Eng. Rudina brings to the Board strong engineering expertise, operational governance experience, and a forward-looking perspective aligned with the UAE’s Energy Strategy.

MR. KAMAL PHARRAN
Board Member
Mr. Kamal Pharran is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in the development and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, with deep expertise in Public–Private Partnership (PPP) frameworks. He has led and executed multiple multi-billion-riyal concessions, achieving successful financial closes and building long-term project backlogs.

He has extensive experience working with national energy stakeholders, including projects developed to ARAMCO standards, and has collaborated closely with sovereign-linked investment and development platforms, including BIF-aligned initiatives.

Mr. Pharran is recognized for his strong commercial leadership, strategic execution, and ability to align public-sector objectives with private-sector performance.

Mr. Ali Mohammad Alabbar
Board Member
Mr. Ali Alabbar is a senior executive with extensive experience across both government and private sectors, specializing in financial management, strategic leadership, and institutional development.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance & Management) from the American University of Sharjah and an MBA from Griffith University, Australia.
He began his career in key government entities, including the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, the Dubai Government Human Resources Department, and the Dubai Ruler’s Court, where he contributed to strengthening financial operations and enhancing efficiency through ERP-driven initiatives.
He later served as Head of Section in the Budget Department at the Ministry of Finance, supporting federal budgeting processes and contributing to strategic initiatives in collaboration with international institutions such as the World Bank and the IMF.
He currently serves as Group Chief Executive Officer & Executive Chairman of a diversified family group operating across data center cooling solutions, telecommunications, real estate, and hospitality, where he leads group strategy, expansion, and governance.

Mr. Zeyad Mahmoud Fateh Ali Abdulla Alkhajeh
Board Member

Mr. Zayad Mahmoud Fateh Ali Abdulla Alkhajeh has over 25 years of experience in the marine industry and currently serves as Managing Director of Sahara Marine. He has also held the position of General Manager at Delma Marine, UAE.

 He brings extensive leadership experience in management, business development, and marine leisure operations, with a strong track record in driving operational excellence, business growth, and strategic partnerships across the UAE and the GCC.

 His expertise includes project management, contract administration, budget control, procurement, and human capital development. His professional background spans the marine, financial services, and oil and gas sectors, enabling a well-rounded and results-oriented approach.

 He is committed to delivering high-quality services to clients, VIP customers, and partners, while continuously enhancing operational performance and expanding business opportunities.
