Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare HR documents and official correspondence
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation processes
- Monitor attendance and leave records and support payroll preparation
- Coordinate employee benefits and insurance administration
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations activities
- Ensure HR compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law
- Assist in training coordination and performance management processes
- Manage employee exit formalities including EOS calculations and clearance procedures
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of HR administration experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Good understanding of visa processing and mainland labour contract issuance
- Experience in payroll support, onboarding, and HR documentation
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
