HR Administrator

Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Dubai, UAE


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare HR documents and official correspondence 
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases 
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling 
  • Manage onboarding and employee documentation processes 
  • Monitor attendance and leave records and support payroll preparation 
  • Coordinate employee benefits and insurance administration 
  • Handle employee queries and support employee relations activities 
  • Ensure HR compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law 
  • Assist in training coordination and performance management processes 
  • Manage employee exit formalities including EOS calculations and clearance procedures 
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of HR administration experience in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
  • Good understanding of visa processing and mainland labour contract issuance
  • Experience in payroll support, onboarding, and HR documentation
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
