Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO

Location: Dubai, UAE


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, meeting materials, and maintain confidential documents and filing systems.
  • Provide full administrative and coordination support, anticipating the CEO’s needs.
  • Handle business and personal travel, expenses, reimbursements, and related documentation.
  • Liaise with departments, support senior management when required, and welcome visitors.
  • Provide personal assistance to the CEO and family, including private matters and errands.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support business and personal decision-making.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Arabic speaking is required.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools
  • Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented
