Operations Assistant

We are looking for Operations Assistant who has UAE manual transmission driving license!

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Assistant located in Dubai. A self-motivated Operations Assistant will be responsible for performing day-to-day operational tasks in the Agency Division, handling customs clearance, communicating with customers, preparing monthly freight clearance reports and providing excellent customer service. An ideal candidate should be well versed in Dubai Trade, Mirsal II, Calogi (DNATA), JAFZA Customs clearance procedures and should have a solid experience on import/export procedures by air, sea and land at UAE ports.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Experience in logistics, operations and agency business
• Customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Knowledge of the shipping and maritime industry is a plus
• High School/Diploma in Logistics, or related field
