Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, correspondence, and
travel arrangements.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO, internal
teams, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, meeting materials, and maintain
confidential documents and filing systems.
- Provide full administrative and coordination support,
anticipating the CEO’s needs.
- Handle business and personal travel, expenses,
reimbursements, and related documentation.
- Liaise with departments, support senior management when
required, and welcome visitors.
- Provide personal assistance to the CEO and family, including
private matters and errands.
- Conduct research and gather information to support business
and personal decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Arabic speaking is required.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive
Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools
- Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented
