Technical Superintendent

We are looking for young, enthusiastic, and experienced Technical Superintendent to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

For the vessels assigned under direct charge, you will be accountable for:

• For vessel inspection and ensure the ships condition and maintenance standards adhere to organisation procedures.
• Supervising daily operational activities and effectively managing your assigned vessels and liaise with all relevant parties when required. Furthermore, you will drive all technical related mobilization activities, refits, dry-dockings, and major repairs.
• Compliance with HSQEEn policies & procedures, applicable international and national regulations
• Maintenance, operational performance, and reliability, of all equipment and machinery on the vessel
• Control of operating expenses and budget planning
• Effective rectifications/closures to maintenance related nonconformities and deficiencies
• Overall performance of the vessels

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of similar experience
• Relevant degree and certifications
• Be an excellent communicator and be fluent in both verbal and written English
• Be flexible to travel to the Vessel when necessary.
