HSQEEn Manager

We are looking for HSQEEn Manager (Master or Chief Officer coming from a sailing background) to hire in our company.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading marine and ship management companies in UAE!

An ideal candidate should come from a sailing background. Those who have experience in managing vessels carrying chemicals (specifically methanol) will be given the preference.

Additionally, the following experience and skills will add value:

• Solid knowledge of QHSE requirements and experience in developing and monitoring the various QHSSE promotion programs and Campaigns' implementation and effectiveness in cooperation with all departments.
• Proven track record of incident/accident investigations.
• Strong management skills of all shore and seagoing personnel and ability to support the crew members in adopting the concept of continuous improvement toward safe operations.
• Proven track record of productive cooperation with industry organizations (e.g., INTERTANKO, OCIMF, PSC, USCG)
• Relevant work experience of 2-3 years (ship/shore).

Qualifications:

• Shipping Academy graduate, or an academic degree recognized by the National Authorities
• Senior Officer Certificate recognized by the National Authorities with minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the sea service on chemical tankers
• Knowledge of ISM | ISO | STCW | SIRE2.0 | TMSA |
