Finance Manager

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including monthly closing, review - - Manage cash flow, monitor cash positions, ensure availability of funds, and authorize payments in line with approved signatories and budgets.
• Prepare consolidated quarterly financial reviews, annual financial statements, and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Prepare and review management accounts, budget vs. actual variance reports, and cash flow forecasts for management and lenders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, including VAT reviews, ESR filings, and audit schedules.
• Manage banking relationships, loan repayments, interest verification, fixed -- Review and approve payroll, employee gratuity accruals, expense claims, dividends, and operational expenditures.
• Provide timely financial information and reports to the CEO, CFO, and department managers to support decision-making.
• Lead, guide, and supervise the Finance Department, ensuring timely delivery, strong internal controls, and effective teamwork.
• Liaise with auditors, lenders, and regulatory bodies, and maintain proper documentation and records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, banking, audits, VAT, and compliance.
• Experience working with auditors, lenders, and financial institutions.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
